Soft & Fluffy HomemadeRed Velvet Cinnamon Rolls

hey guys 🤍 today i’ll be showing you how i made these soft and fluffy red velvet cinnamon rolls with cream cheese frosting ❤️ this was honestly so fun to make and they turned out sooo good!! i hope you enjoy this little baking video 🍥✨ don’t forget to like, comment & subscribe for more baking, lifestyle and cozy content ♡ INGREDIENTS Dough • ¾ cup warm milk • ¼ cup sugar • 1 tsp instant yeast • 1 egg • 3 tbsp melted butter • Red food colouring • 2½ cups plain flour • 1 tbsp cocoa powder • Pinch of salt Filling • 4 tbsp soft butter • ½ cup brown sugar • 1 tbsp cinnamon • 1 tsp cocoa powder Frosting • 100g cream cheese • 25g butter • ¾ cup icing sugar • Vanilla extract INSTRUCTIONS 1. Mix warm milk, sugar & yeast. 2. Add egg, melted butter & red food colouring. 3. Add flour, cocoa powder & salt. Mix into a dough. 4. Knead for 8–10 mins until soft. 5. Let rise for 1 hour. 6. Mix filling ingredients together. 7. Roll out dough, spread butter & add filling. 8. Roll tightly and cut into rolls. 9. Let rise again for 30 mins. 10.
