🏃🏼♀️ REPRENDRE LA COURSE À PIED, DE ZÉRO.
Après 8 mois de blessure au genou gauche en 2024 et seulement 3 mois de reprise, une nouvelle blessure est apparue : une fracture de fatigue du fémur droit 🦴 Retour à la case départ… Il a donc fallu repartir pour 2 mois de repos total, sans course à pied 🏃🏼♀️ ✨ Aujourd'hui, après 3 semaines de reprise, nous y voilà : c'est l'heure du retour, et spoiler… c'est loin d'être facile !
