This is our take on a delicious Chicken Chow Mein made with thin Hong Kong style noodles. The noodles get pre-cooked so they're a little bit crispy and a little bit tender when they go into the wok with plenty of chicken, vegetables, and a tasty mixture of soy sauce and oyster sauce.
