I travelled to Spain just for a Potato Festival...

I headed to La Puebla in Murcia, Spain, to experience one of the country’s most unique celebrations… a festival dedicated to the humble potato! 🥔🇪🇸 What followed was a day full of laughs as I attempted to speak Spanish (with mixed success!), met the Mayor of Cartagena, watched a chaotic potato-throwing competition, and witnessed what could have been one of the biggest Spanish omelettes ever made.
