Brew a Belgian Strong Dark Plus a Parti-Gyle English Bitter
Brew a Belgian Strong Dark or a Belgian Quad. Plus I make a Parti-Gyle English Bitter Ale with the leftover grains from the mash. This is a full recipe for how to brew a Belgian Strong Dark Ale, with a long 7 hour boil to get a load of caramel flavour in the beer. The grains are then re-mashed as a Parti Gyle mash, ie the remaining sugar is extracted and used to make a second beer. #craftbeer #brewery #homebrewing #speidel #braumeister #ssbrewtech #Safale #S-04 #WLP530 #whitelab #homebrew #howtomake #beer
