Distilling The Ultimate Classic Beginners Bourbon (Safety Net)

This is my beginner-friendly Safety Net bourbon recipe: a classic bourbon-style wash built with enough real grain to learn proper mashing, plus sugar to make the whole thing less risky. I’ll walk through the mash, fermentation, stripping run, spirit run, aging options, and the small recipe tweak I’d make next time.
