빙하기가 끝나려던 순간 다시 얼어붙은 지구, 사람들은 어떻게 버텼을까

#YoungerDryas #IceAge #Prehistory About 13,000 years ago, just as the Earth was warming up after the end of the Ice Age, it suddenly froze over again. For 1,200 years. As a colossal lake—more than four times the size of Korea—burst, the Earth's heating system shut down. This video traces how humanity reacted across continents to this "winter returning just as spring was about to arrive." In the UK, not a single human bone was found for 1,200 years; in North America, mammoth hunters transitioned to bison hunters; and in Europe, people migrated following reindeer and invented new tools. The same winter, completely different choices. And even after this winter ended and the pyramids were being built, mammoths were still alive on the islands at the edge of Siberia. Traces of this winter remain on the Korean Peninsula as well. Late Paleolithic sites abruptly ceased, and after a gap of thousands of years, the first signal of the Neolithic period was detected at Gosan-ri on Jeju Island. ⚠ This video was produced for educational and informational purposes.
