RARE! 4K LIRR: M3 Front Window Jamaica to WEST HEMPSTEAD

While I was editing the plane ride going to Orlando, I got a call from a friend at the right time, and he said he got video on an M3 going to West Hempstead as he knew I was looking to get one. I've been trying so hard to get an M3 on this branch and I finally succeeded. Originally, a friend did this video for me and I wanna thank him very much for filming this for me as well as giving me rights to it! If he was not at Jamaica at the right time, this would not have been possible without him. As of now, I have M3 Front Window videos on Babylon, Ronkonkoma, Huntington, Hempstead, Long Beach, Far Rockaway, Brooklyn, Port Washington and finally, West Hempstead. All of the electrified branches are finished. So for those that have been wondering to ask this question, "Can M3's go to and from West Hempstead?" The answer is yes, but appearing here nowadays is very rare and especially rare on the weekend when it is the scoot. The reason is because the substation by Malvern has issues dealing with excess amperage when an M3 leaves in either direction. If you exceed P1 on the power handle, the fuses overload and blow up, causing power to the M3's or 3rd Rail to shut off. The M1's also had this problem too, and the Railroad had to put a "Special Instruction" in that area to reduce the chance of it happening. They also tried to reduce the amount of M3's going down there, which is why getting one on this branch was so difficult for everyone. Eventually, it will be almost impossible to see another one on this branch as they get closer to retirement. Based on the amount of times I've tried to get one on this branch on the weekdays over the Summer last year, usually once in a while on Mondays or Wednesdays, #956 seems to be the most common one to get an M3, which in fact was in this video. I highly doubt anybody else would be able to get something like this ever again before they retire. Also, the audio at the last minute of the video was silenced somehow. Not sure what happened during editing so do apologize for that. Enjoy!
