ROUND 2 | Taylor Swift Workout to THE TORTURED POETS DEPARTMENT | STANDING No Repeat HIIT Cardio
It's finally here!! 🖤 Round 2 in my series of Taylor Swift workouts to "The Tortured Poets Department"! I knew when I filmed round one that I was going to want to do a second one because there were SO MANY amazing songs to choose from (she is a lyrical genuis!). After having more time with this album since my first video, I have fallen even more in love with it so I was really happy to include the songs I did in this one. This all standing no repeat HIIT cardio workout is beginner-friendly and includes modifications for any jumping exercises. As usual, there is a warm-up and cool down (6 min combined) and then the workout is 15 minutes. So, in total this will be a little over 20 minutes of activity.
