Rainbow blowout on a moody sky flip cup background: acrylic pouring tutorial

The last painting I did as a commission request from one of my clients. It was a happy #dutchpour #rainbow on a bright textured blue sky #flipcup background. The painting made me feel so happy, and I couldn't wait to try it on a darker background. The background was achieve by combining different colors and different brands of paints into 5 different flip cups to cover the canvas. Then I tilted the canvas around using gravity to move the paints until I got even coverage and a pleasing composition. It is important to include opaque white when layering transparent colors on a dark background.
