Ultra Running Intervals | Training Like Kilian Jornet

Running intervals is a simple way to help you increase speed, push your body, and increase aerobic capacity. Doing these ultra running intervals will make it so during your race you'll be able to push yourself further than you ever have while being able to keep your heart rate down. In this video, I do 4x10-minute intervals at zone 4 with a 2-minute rest between reps. I chose to do these on an incline just so it was easier to get my heart rate up into zone 4 and have less of a risk of injury.
