The original manga is a popular story in which Ichigo, who has acquired the powers of a Shinigami, fights Hollows with his friends and embarks on an adventure across other worlds. Serialized in Jump from 2001 to 2016, the manga series consists of 74 volumes and has sold a total of approximately 120 million copies. An anime series aired on TV from 2004 to 2012, and four anime films have been released.
