In this video, I'll show you two simple and delicious ways to make raspberry fruit fillings for cakes – ideal for cakes with a diameter of 26 cm. Both versions work great with frozen raspberries and provide a fruity surprise when sliced! Version 1: With Gelatin 250 g frozen raspberries Pureed: makes approx. 175 g raspberry puree 2 tablespoons sugar 18 g ground gelatin (2 sachets of 9 g each) 100 ml water Preparation: Mix the raspberry puree with the sugar. Let the gelatin swell in the water, then warm it up and mix it with the puree. Pour the mixture into a 20 cm diameter cake and refrigerate until firm. --- Version 2: With Cake Glaze 250 g frozen raspberries Pureeed and add water to a total of 300 g 2 tbsp sugar 2 sachets of red cake glaze Preparation: Mix the puree with sugar and cake glaze and bring to a boil. Pour the hot mixture into a 20 cm dish and refrigerate. Both methods are perfect for fruity cake fillings and are easy to prepare. Have fun making and baking!
