Butterbur has been growing in our garden all this time. In the spring, we pick the butterbur sprouts and enjoy them as tempura. But I've never eaten the stems before. This time, as soon as I saw the butterbur, I had a sudden thought: "Ah, I should try eating these!" Since I've started a YouTube channel, I thought I'd see what would happen. The result?
