Instagram:   / isa.paige   Recipe's In Video: Beans and corn soup: 1.5 cups dry beans soaked overnight & cooked until soft (About 1 hr) 4 ears of corn 1 large red onion 2 bell peppers 1 medium zucchini 4 carrots 6 cloves of garlic Crimini mushrooms (you can use any amount you want, i used about 5 cups) 2 TBSP coconut aminos Chili spice blend: 1 tsp chilli powder, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp chipotle chili powder Chop all the vegetables and place in a large pot. use a knife to grate the raw corn into the pot and add the tomato paste and spices and the rest of the ingredients. Stir everything on medium heat until the vegetables are soft and the mushrooms have decreased in size. Add in your cooked beans and sir a couple minutes until combined. I ate this soup with homemade tortillas, almond cheese, and avocado. Apple cinnamon oatmeal: Blend your oats in a dry blender for 10 seconds, pour into a saucepan. Place 1/4 cup cashews, 2-3 dates (depending on size), 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla, pinch of salt into a blender and blend on high until it turns into a milk. Add your milk to the saucepan with the oats. Cook for 5-7 minutes until very thick. Top with chopped apples. yuuummm.
