BERENJENAS Y CALABACITAS SALTEADAS. EGGPLANTS AND ZUCCHINI SAUTÉ. CONTORNO DI MELANZANE E ZUCCHINE.

RECETA EN ESPAÑOL 👇🏽🇲🇽 IN ENGLISH 👇🏽🇺🇸 RICETTA IN ITALIANO 👇🏽🇮🇹 BERENJENAS Y CALABACITAS SALTEADAS 2 berenjenas 2 calabacitas 1/2 cebolla pequeña Hierbas de olor al gusto (use perejil y tomillo) Aceite de oliva Sal y pimienta PREPARACIÓN Limpiar las berenjenas y hacerlas en cubitos. Limpiar las calabacitas y hacerlas en cubitos. Cortar la cebolla, y las hierbas de olor Sofreír la cebolla con aceite de oliva, después de un par de minutos agregar las calabacitas apenas cortadas, condimentar al gusto, con sal y pimienta. Sofreír por 5 minutos. Agregar las calabacitas, sofreír por otros 4 o 5 minutos, agregando también las hierbas de olor, mover hasta que el platillo quede bien amalgamado. Se puede usar como guarnición, o para ensalada de pasta fría! Buon appetito #MexItaCooking #berenjenas #Calabacitas #verduras #SinGluten #Sinlactosa EGGPLANTS AND ZUCCHINI SAUTE 2 eggplants 2 zucchinis 1/2 small onion Herbs of your preference (I use parsley and thyme) Olive oil Salt and pepper PREPARATION Clean and dice the eggplants. Clean and dice the zucchinis. Dice the onion and chop the aromatic herbs. Sauté the onion with olive oil and after a couple of minutes add the dice zucchini, season to taste, with salt and pepper. Sauté for 5 minutes. Add the zucchini and sauté for another 4 or 5 minutes, add as well the aromatic herbs, and check until the dish is well amalgamated. It can be used as a side dish, or to cook a summer pasta (cold!) Buon appetito #MexitaCooking #eggplants #zucchini #veggies #Glutenfree #Lactosefree CONTORNO DI MELANZANE E ZUCCHINE 2 melanzane 2 zucchine 1/2 cipolla piccola Erbe aromatiche a piacere (ho usato prezzemolo e timo) Olio d'oliva Sale e pepe PREPARAZIONE Pulire e tagliare a dadini le melanzane. Pulire e tagliare a dadini le zucchine. Tagliare la cipolla, e tagliuzzare l’erbe aromatiche. Soffriggere la cipolla con l’olio di oliva, e dopo circa 2 minuti, aggiungere le zucchine tagliate, condire con sale e pepe. Saltare per 5 minuti. Aggiungere le zucchine e soffriggere per altri 5 minuti, aggiungere anche l’erbe aromatiche e amalgamare tutti gli ingredienti. Si può usare come contorno, o per fare la pasta fredda!.
