Mutton ko achhe se wash karke soft hone tak boil kar lo. 2. Ek bowl me cream, hung curd, ginger garlic paste, cheese, black pepper, garam masala aur salt mix karo. 3. Is mixture me mutton add karke 1 hour marinate karo. 4. Pan me butter/ghee garam karo aur medium flame par kabab ko creamy texture aane tak cook karo. 5.
