Now, nearly a year later, we’re doing another NA Stout using our small brew systems, and we're making a few adjustments to our original recipe. We are using Fermentis SafBrew LA-01 yeast. This is Non-Alcoholic yeast strain that has been specifically selected for the production of low and/or non-alcoholic beers.
