I’ll be getting my hands gooey in the lambing sheds with shepherds Anthony and Ben (no problem for me as I birthed my second child…) and then I’m cooking a lamb asado for some of the Daylesford team - a slow, 7-hour labour of love, roasting a year-old lamb, otherwise known as a hoggart.
