An Olympian's Long Covid Journey

Ugh, covid got me this year. And I've been part of the ~5% of patients who had it turn into long covid, which made qualifying for the Paris 2024 Olympics impossible. Here's a little retrospective on the journey so far this year, which has been a struggle just getting back to semblances of normalcy.
