Add the gelling sugar and vanilla sugar, mix for 5 seconds on speed 5, then cook for 14 minutes on 100°C on speed 2 with the splash guard on. 2️⃣ Fold in the "Yogurette" using a spatula and immediately pour the jam into sterile jars. Seal and allow to cool completely. Refrigerate after opening.
