The Very First Frigidaire Automatic Washer (1947) - Full Cycle
Here is a complete cycle of my 1947 Frigidaire Automatic Washer model WJ-60. This is the very first washing machine that General Motors/Frigidaire Division ever produced. It is a fascinating machine to say the least. My friend Betty narrates the video. The first 10 minutes is an overview of the machine itself and how exactly it functions. After that Betty and I present an entire full wash, rinse and spin cycle. A big thank you goes out to Betty, we love you!
