Con salida y llegada en Falset, afrontamos una etapa marcada por el calor extremo, el desnivel constante y unos paisajes que parecen sacados de una postal. Entre viñedos infinitos, senderos salvajes y pueblos con un encanto único como Porrera, Torroja del Priorat o Gratallops, descubrimos un territorio donde cada kilómetro exige respeto. Las temperaturas superaron los 33 grados y el terreno no dio tregua, obligándonos a gestionar el esfuerzo, el agua y la energía durante toda la jornada. A cambio, el Priorat nos regaló algunas de las panorámicas más impresionantes de todo el reto: montañas escarpadas, bancales imposibles, barrancos profundos y viñedos que se extienden hasta el horizonte. Una etapa dura, auténtica y llena de aventura que confirma por qué esta comarca tiene una personalidad tan especial. El Priorat no se corre. Starting and finishing in Falset, this stage was defined by extreme heat, relentless climbing, and landscapes that look straight out of a postcard. Surrounded by endless vineyards, rugged trails, and charming villages such as Porrera, Torroja del Priorat, and Gratallops, we explored a territory where every kilometer demands respect. Temperatures climbed above 33°C, and the terrain offered no easy sections, forcing us to carefully manage our effort, hydration, and energy throughout the day. In return, Priorat rewarded us with some of the most breathtaking views of the entire challenge: steep mountains, dramatic valleys, ancient vineyard terraces, and endless panoramas stretching across the horizon. A tough, authentic, and adventurous stage that perfectly showcases the unique character of this remarkable region. You don't simply run through Priorat.
