Masala Bharay Tinday | Masala Stuffed Tinday Recipe | Food With Saad Raja #masalatinday #tinday #cooking #recipe #food #foodie Recipe & Ingredients 1kg Tinday (Stuffing Masala) 2 tsp coriander powder, 2 tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp garam masala 1 tsp chaat masala 1 tsp cumin 1/2 tsp red chili 1/2 tsp kashmiri red chili 1/2 tsp salt 2 chopped onions 2 tbsp ginger/garlic paste 1 cinnamon stick 6-7 cloves 1/2 tsp red chili powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp coriander powder 1 tomato chopped 2 green chilies 100g yogurt 2 cups water fresh coriander In a pan add oil and fry tinday as shown in the video. Now prepare the stuffing by adding all the masala's for stuffing mentioned above and stuff as shown in the video. In a pan add 405 tbps oil and add 2 medium chopped onions and fry until light brown. Now add 2 tbsp ginger/garlic paste, 1 cinnamon stick 6-7 cloves, 1/2 tsp red chili powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder and 1 tomato chopped and cook well for 6-7 minutes Now add 2 green chilies and 100g yogurt and cook well for 7-8 minutes. Now add 2 cups of water and place the fried tinday and add fresh coriander and cook on low heat for 15 minutes. Once ready either serve with roti and rice of your choice!
