Arvi Gosht Recipe | اروی گوشٹ | Food With Saad Raja . . . #arvigoshtrecipe #gosht #mutton #recipe #cooking Recipe & Ingredients -750 gram Arvi -200 ml Oil -2 Black Cardamom -2 Cinnamon Sticks -7-8 Cloves -200 gram Onions Sliced -2 TBSP Ginger/Garlic Paste -1 TSP Red Chili Powder -1-1/2 TSP Salt -1 TSP Coriander -1/2 TSP Turmeric -1 Kg Mutton -2 Tomato Puree -200 gram Yogurt -1 TSP Garam Masala -Fresh Coriander & Green Chillies In a pan add oil and fry 700 gram Arvi till light brown. (Before frying, peel arvi and marinate peeled arvi in salt for 30 minutes. Then wash it and fry) In another pan add 200 ml and 2 Black Cardamom, 2 Cinnamon Sticks and 7-8 Cloves. Cook for 2 minutes and then add 200 gram Onions and fry till golden brown. Add 2 TBSP Ginger/Garlic paste and cook for a minute. Now add 1 Kg Mutton and cook until it changes color. Now we will add 1 TSP Red Chili Powder, 1-1/2 TSP Salt, 1 TSP Coriander and 1/2 TSP Turmeric and cook for 3-4 minutes. Now add 200 gram tomato puree and will cook this for 8-10 minutes. Then add 200 gram Yogurt and cook for another 12 minutes. Now add fried Arvi and 1 TSP Garam Masala and cook for 2-3 minutes. Then add fresh coriander and green chilies. Add 1 Liter water and cook it for 15 Minutes. After pressure the Arvi Gosht is Ready to be served!
