Perfect for breakfast, a snack, or as a Sunday dessert! 💛 INGREDIENTS 🔻: (24 cm mold) 2 eggs 100 g sugar (1/2 cup) pinch of salt 8 g vanilla sugar or vanillin 40 ml Sunflower oil (1/6 cup) 2 tablespoons of butter (40 g) 320 g 00 flour (2+2/3 cups) 1 teaspoon baking powder (8g) ⚜️ 4 large apples 2 tablespoons of sugar 2 tablespoons apricot jam 1 tablespoon of butter walnuts to taste ⚜️ Powdered sugar 🌡️ Bake in a static oven at 180 C° - fan oven at 175 C° for 35 minutes.
