That's where the conflict arises. That's what I usually call the four o'clock train because in an hour, around 4:00 or 4:30 p.m., we'll have one departure and four arrivals. So we have to play with the timing and preferences of the Port Authority, which prioritizes departures before arrivals, and ferries have priority over the holiday,” says Francisco Díaz Oliva, maritime traffic service operator at the Port of Ceuta Control Tower, while keeping an eye on his radar and electronic chart.
