Turning turkey into beef for $6 that tastes delicious/Use this method for more than chili, trust me

Ground turkey is about 1/3 or more the price of ground beef, the first time I had it, I hated it. WIth the economy the way it is and the price of beef so high and trying to watch what we eat and be more mindful, I have made many switches to turkey and chicken in place of beef (but ssshhhh they don't have to know). My husband has no idea I made his chili, yet again with turkey and he loves it (because trust me you can't tell) if you follow my instuctions and do what I do.
