We use: → Kapalabhati (Shining Skull breath) to cleanse the lungs and respiratory system → Three-part yogic breath with breath retention to build prana → Gentle warm-up flows to wake up the spine and joints → Sun salutation variations to slowly rebuild circulation → Standing poses (Warrior I & II) to strengthen without overwhelming → Core and spine work to restore vitality From an Ayurvedic perspective, this practice: • Cleanses the lungs and nasal passages • Builds Agni (digestive fire) — your source of energy • Restores prana (life force) gently • Stabilizes the nervous system (we rest after pranayama so prana doesn't become Vata) This is NOT a push-through-it class.
