Wingfoil: Hayling Island - 15th April 2026

The second part of my first double dip of 2026! After the amazing previous day, I was expecting big things.......and it was OK(ish). After being out on my 1800 the day before, I opted for the 1440 today, hoping for more glide, but I I couldn't balance the foot pressure and every time I went for power, the nose would drop, and I'd overload my back leg. I'm a bit behind on editing and have since found that I needed to move the mast forward even more than I had it. The wind also kept dropping, I ended up floating around for a while, and then sitting on the board and using what little wind there was to get blown back to the beach. It came back again for a while, then died again. I called it a day at that point, but it did come back again for those that stayed out, and they probably caught the best wind of the day. #wingfoiling #insta360x5 #haylingisland
