Wingfoil: Worthing - 8th May 2026

A bit of a surprise session, the wind picked up to around 13 knots SE. Quickly packed up the car and got down to the beach. It was a bit light, so plenty of pumping, but the weather was warm and sunny, and the water was clear! Slowly getting the hang of riding the swell, it's a surprise how much the video flattens everything off, 1-2' swell just seems so smooth when you watch it back. #wingfoil #wingfoiling #worthing #insta360x5
