Insights Investments #329 - As excelências do Hospital Pequeno Príncipe| Conteúdo Acessível
How can technology and private initiatives change the reality of healthcare in Brazil? In this week's Insights, we explore the history and management of Brazil's largest pediatric hospital: Pequeno Príncipe, located in Curitiba. With over 100 years of history, this healthcare facility is a benchmark in high and medium complexity procedures, as well as in the diagnosis and treatment of children and adolescents. Primarily serving patients through the SUS (Brazilian Public Health System), it performs over 20,000 surgeries annually. This attracts families from all over the country to Pequeno Príncipe, expands the team's knowledge, but also generates many challenges. We discussed this topic with José Álvaro Carneiro, corporate director of the Pequeno Príncipe Complex, and Ety Cristina Forte Carneiro, executive director of the Pequeno Príncipe Hospital and general director of the Pelé Pequeno Príncipe Research Institute. Fernanda Faria, manager of Bradesco Corporate, also joins the podcast panel. The presentation is by Priscila Forbes, banker at Bradesco Global Private Bank. Check it out!
