Main Workout AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) 10 Minutes • Burpee Step-Up Scale it to your current ability: • Bodyweight only • One dumbbell or kettlebell • Two dumbbells or kettlebells Move with purpose and accumulate as many quality reps as possible in 10 minutes. Opportunity Work EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute) 10 Odd Minutes: Kettlebell Halos (or Dumbbell Halos) Even Minutes: Kneeling Wood Chops Adjust the weight and reps to match your experience and focus on smooth, controlled movement. The goal isn't to survive your day. The goal is to become so capable that your day only requires a fraction of what you're able to give. Train the mind. Train the body. Build the life.
