Words and Pictures: DR (1993) - FULL EPISODE

Sophie's distracted by her tap dripping and dribbling drops of water down the drain, we encounter a number of dragons, and there are drinks, dresses, drums, drills, and many other things beginning with the letters DR. Meanwhile, there's a bit of a theme about rhyming, and Michael Rosen takes some children on a trip around a churchyard, a market, and the streets of Northampton looking for poetic inspiration. The story is the slightly misleadingly-titled A Dragon in a Wagon by Lynley Dodd, and we go out on a puppeteered rendition of Puff, the Magic Dragon.
