Sunday Yoga Ritual • June 7, 2026 | Reset Your Nervous System for Beginners (1-Year Anniversary!🎂)

Celebrate 1 year of Sunday Yoga Rituals with this gentle, beginner-friendly sequence designed to reset your nervous system and bring ease to your week. ✨ If you are brand new to yoga or looking to establish a consistent routine, this is the perfect place to start. For the month of June, we are doing something special: we will be repeating and building upon a variation of this sequence each week. When we repeat a practice, we create space to notice our patterns, thoughts, and habits. Yoga gives us the dawning awareness we need to move through difficult emotions and experiences, helping us choose how we want to respond to life off the mat. In this video, we will ground our energy with deep breathing, move through gentle seated side bends and twists, release the spine with cat-cow, open up with a thread-the-needle shoulder stretch, and find strength in a modified warrior flow before melting into a deep, restorative Savasana. Pop a prop nearby (a blanket or block is perfect!) and let's step onto the mat together.
