How to Cook PERFECT Burgers on a Carbon Steel Pan | No Sticking!

Welcome back to our Carbon Steel Pan series! 🍳 Today, we are making the absolute juiciest, butter-basted burgers right on the stovetop. If you want to know how to cook meat on a carbon steel pan without any sticking or burning, this video is for you! The process is incredibly smooth, and the sear on the meat is next-level. 🍔 In this video: We start by perfectly toasting our buns in a little oil. Then, we wipe the pan and sear the beef patties to get that amazing crust (2.5 mins on the first side, 1.5-2 mins on the second) and finish them with a rich butter baste. After topping them with cheese and letting the meat rest under foil, we use the same pan to caramelize onions, deglazing with even more butter for maximum flavor! ✨ The Assembly: A quick mayo-ketchup sauce, crunchy pickles, our juicy patties, fresh tomato, baby spinach, and those beautifully caramelized onions. Make sure to watch until the end when we cut it in half – the juiciness is unreal!
