Epic Kayak Salmon Fishing and Salmon Burger Recipe

Had a spectacular opening day kayak fishing King Salmon on the upper Columbia River on the Brewster Pool out of my Hobie Revolution. On the water at 5 AM and off by 7 AM with a limit and released several more. Used the afternoon to throw together some delicious salmon burgers to round off this catch and cook episode. The ingredients and portions are as follows: 1 lb salmon meat 1/8th cup diced onion 1 clove garlic crushed/minced 1 tsp black pepper 2 tbsp fresh herbs or 1 tbsp dried herbs 1 tbsp sriracha 1 egg beaten 1/2 cup bread crumbs Enjoy and be sure to subscribe!
