A delicious dish made with just cheese, eggs, and butter, so please give it a try! ↓Subscribe to our channel here↓ *New videos released every Tuesday and Friday https://www.youtube.com/@user-fp3kr9u... 🌟 Check out our membership here! 👉    / @user-fp3kr9um6b   Chicken Carbonara-Style Pasta (3-4 servings) [Ingredients] ・Pasta…240g ・Rock salt…10g per 1L of water ・Chicken thigh…1 piece (approx. 300g) ・Broccoli (boiled or boiled with pasta)…100g ・Egg…1 ・Parmesan cheese…4 tablespoons ・Unsalted butter…30g ・Garlic (crushed by hand)…2 cloves ・Olive oil…1 tablespoon ・Salt…to taste ・Black pepper…to taste [Instructions] ① Boil water for cooking the pasta and add rock salt. ② Lightly season both sides of the chicken thigh with salt and pepper. Add olive oil to a frying pan and place the chicken thighs skin-side down. Cook over medium heat. Add the garlic halfway through. ③ Start boiling the pasta. ④ Once the chicken thighs are browned, flip them over. ⑤ Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add the grated cheese and butter. ⑥ Add the broccoli to ④ and cook together with the chicken thighs. Remove the chicken thighs halfway through, cut them into bite-sized pieces, return them to the frying pan, and add the pasta cooking water (90ml). Turn off the heat once the chicken thighs are fully cooked. ⑦ Remove the pasta 30 seconds before the recommended cooking time, drain the water, add it to ⑤, and quickly mix. ⑧ Serve on a plate, sprinkle generously with black pepper, and drizzle with olive oil (amount not specified, to taste).
