Today I made delicious Palak Gosht with 300g mutton and fresh spinach. I boiled the palak with 1 cup milk to give it a creamy and rich taste. This recipe is made without tomato and with a perfect combination of ghee, spices and tender mutton. Ingredients: • 300g Mutton • 100g Palak (Spinach) • 1 cup Milk • 2 medium onions (chopped) • 1.5 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste • 2 Green Chillies • 1 tbsp Curd • 2 tbsp Oil • 1 tbsp Ghee • Jeera, Bay leaf, Cinnamon, Cloves • Turmeric Powder • Red Chilli Powder • Coriander Powder • Garam Masala • Salt as per taste Method: Boil palak with milk and make a smooth paste. Cook mutton with spices, onion, ginger garlic paste and curd until tender. Add palak paste and cook on slow flame until the flavours combine beautifully.
