Pêche à pied : le festin du littoral

A magnificent day of shore fishing near Saint-Jacut-de-la-Mer allows us to harvest numerous bivalves: scallops, sea almonds, cockles, clams, and oysters. The excellent harvest reminds us that there's no need to wait for high tides to head to the foreshore. Fishing is a pleasure on this sunny day. The tidal swing zone is a very rich environment: I explain the biology of the species that live there. Hubert also shows us his recipe for preparing delicious cockles.
