Where in the New Testament do we see prophecy being used as a fundraising technique? We do not. Biblical giving is real, but biblical giving is not coercion. It is not pressure. It is not manipulation. It is not “give this amount or miss your breakthrough.” The Bible says God loves a cheerful giver, not a pressured giver, not a frightened giver, and not someone being emotionally cornered by a preacher with a microphone. It targets the desperate, the broken, the sick, the financially struggling, and the spiritually vulnerable. People come looking for hope, and instead they are told to empty their pockets in the name of prophecy. That should make every Christian angry.
