In this video, I show a real-life failure of an ANENJI 6.2 kW 48V Parallel WiFi inverter. First, the error code F4 - Bus Soft Start Failed appeared, then F5 - Bus Voltage Too Low, and shortly after, F3 - Bus Voltage Too High. At the same time, the 16S LiFePO4 energy storage system was already in the absorption phase, and the BMS cut off charging at 55.2V. The PV system was operating at practically full power. The result? One of the 470uF/500V DC bus capacitors literally exploded. In the video, I show: the interior of an ANENJI 6.2 kW inverter, where the DC bus is located, NCE80TD65BT MOSFET transistors, 470uF/500V high-voltage capacitors, 63V low-voltage capacitors, possible operation of the Soft Start system, replacing two capacitors with 550V models, first start-up after repair, operation test with a battery and PV panels. Finally, we check whether the inverter has returned to full operation and whether a higher rated capacitor voltage would be a better solution.
