The focus is on: 💗 opening the heart 🌀 moving and relaxing the hips and pelvis 🌙 activating feminine energy 🌸 building ease, pleasure and connection with yourself We will practice: ✨ Butterfly (Baddha Konasana) - softness and acceptance ✨ Cat's Bend (Marjaryasana) - connection with the inner rhythm ✨ Goddess Pose (Utkata Konasana) - strength and tenderness ✨ Camel Pose (Ustrasana) - heart center ✨ Bridge Pose (Setu Bandhasana) - affects sensitivity ✨ Twisted Janu Sirshasana - stretching and opening ✨ Fish Pose (Matsyasana) - for opening the heart ✨ Crescent (Anjaneyasana) - elegant and opening ✨ Bow Pose (Dhanurasana) - expands the chest and heart center and more gentle, expanding and balancing poses. ⚠️ Important! During the practice, do not overexert yourself, listen to your body and the teacher's instructions. When performing the poses, you should not feel pain. 2 hours before and after the practice, it is not recommended to eat. It is not advisable to drink water during the practice.
