The three main peaks stand like three massive stone pillars, their distinctive shape often described by travelers as a symbol of the Dolomites. Some also describe their awe-inspiring presence as resembling the "Hand of God." In 2009, it was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The surrounding area also includes natural parks, mountain huts, historical war relics, and numerous hiking trails.
