Chair Balance & Mobility Class | Stay Strong and Steady
Improve your balance, coordination, and confidence with this chair-assisted fitness class. We'll begin with a gentle warm-up to mobilize the upper and lower body before moving into a variety of standing balance exercises using the chair for support as needed. You'll practice both stationary and moving balance drills to challenge stability, coordination, and body awareness in a safe and effective way. The class also includes strength exercises to support better balance, improve posture, and build confidence in everyday movements. Optional hand weights can be added during the strengthening portion to increase the challenge. We'll finish with a relaxing stretch to improve flexibility and leave you feeling refreshed and energized.
