Ruining Life for a Two-Timing Man

The plaintiff says after he told the defendant he had a girlfriend, she said she was okay being the other woman. He claims she then filed a false robbery charge against him to ruin his life, so he’s suing her for bail and pain and suffering. The defendant says she and the plaintiff are still hooking up. She claims all her actions were justified because he played her.
