Cuba Steam Rafael Freyre Mill 2005

A RTC visit to Rafael Freyre Mill (635) 2ft 6in gauge on 19-02-2005 The mill closed in June 2002 but it was still possible to charter a loco and a train to try and recreate the wonderful experience that it once was. This was my last visit to Rafael Freyre and judging by recent pictures I have seen it would break my heart to return. Featured are A charter train from the mill to Altuna and return with onboard shots and runpasts. Water delivery train at Altuna. Double heading on the return leg.
