Charles' Journey: from Biomedical Engineer to Catholic Priest

Seminarian Charles Warner of the Diocese of Saginaw shares his inspirational vocation journey. Charles earned a master’s degree in biomedical engineering from the University of Michigan and worked for the FDA in the field of orthopedic implants in Washington D.C. for 6 years prior to entering seminary. Testimony given approximately two months before being ordained to the diaconate in October, 2025. Ordination to the priesthood anticipated mid-2026. Some Q & A follows the testimony. Please pray for Charles and all those discerning God's vocation for them. (Apologies for the poor audio -- a microphone problem discovered too late.) Thank you to the Knights of Columbus council #7571 for sponsoring the annual "Dogs for Collars" event and for the help of the parish Vocations Team. https://www.gladwinharrisoncatholic.com https://saginaw.org/vocations https://www.vocationministry.com Recorded at St. Athanasius Catholic Church, Harrison, MI USA Subscribe, click the bell icon and the "thumbs-up" button to receive additional content.
