I spent another birthday alone. This time, I turned 36 in Belize, and it was one of the best trips I’ve ever had. In this video, I'm taking you along on my solo birthday trip to Belize, where I spent three nights on Ambergris Caye at the stunning Matachica Resort & Spa, and four nights on the mainland in the Cayo District at the Ka’ana Resort, and then Gaia Riverlodge. I experienced the reef and the rainforest, two completely different worlds. I swam with sharks and stingrays, crossed flying over the Great Blue Hole off my bucket list, explored ancient Mayan ruins at Xunantunich, and hiked through the rainforest.
