It's a full-body flow where we strengthen your body from head to toe. We'll incorporate some mobility exercises that, through lots of rotations and a wide range of motion, are designed to help you break your body out of the usual everyday postures. This video is especially suitable if you have a little more time in the morning and want to start the day with a full tank; or if you're looking for a nice way to unwind after a long day. In terms of difficulty, I'd describe it as "moderate." However, if you're a beginner, you often have the opportunity to easily adapt the exercises. You don't need any equipment other than a mat.
